I bought this truck about 1983, gave it to a friend of mine
who eventually parked it in the piney woods of North Carolina in 1985.
Bought it back from his wife in 1991 and have been poking at it since
then. I have a lot of projects and little time.

It is a promising project. Body repainted. Slant 6 engine
original but sound. Interior original but decent. Titled. Insured.
Driveable (but not too fast).

New parts: battery, fuel pump, used gas tank, carburetor,
starter, ring gear, clutch, some of the wiring.

Problems: steering loose - promising used gear box included.
Bondo bulging on passenger door - there is bondo elsewhere. Floorboards
need repair. Windshield needs buffing out. Tires are old but
have lots of tread. Driver door lever needs work (I reach through the
vent window which needs a latch). 3 speed on the column a little loose
but functional.

Mileage suspect but it has not been on the road much since
1985.
